What’s New at Park Van Ness

Posted @ Mar 31 2016

If you’ve driven by our magnificent new building on Connecticut Avenue in the past few months, you may have noticed some pretty significant changes to the property. As the construction winds down, Park Van Ness has truly taken shape.

With an open courtyard overlooking the park, smart art deco accents in the facade, and a brand new sidewalk for pedestrians to enjoy, the zone is slowly transitioning from construction site to high-end living space.

Endless green space, park views, numerous resident courtyards and common spaces are all offered to those who call Park Van Ness home. The property is also located just steps from the metro, a one-minute walk to the nearest grocery store, and boasts numerous neighborhood restaurants to dine in.

The units themselves still have some final updates before they’re considered move-in ready, but the lobby is a work of art. Sleek marble floors, warm cherry wood walls, and accent lighting brighten up the space, making it feel both modern and inviting. The club room, another common area for residents, is going to be a very popular hang out spot for those who live in the building. Below, you can see that it just needs a few finishing touches.
