Our monthly rent includes access to our premium amenity collection and professional on-site management. Residents also enjoy the added convenience of trash and gas included.

What is our security deposit?
Our security deposit ranges from $0 up to one month’s rent depending on credit qualifications.

Do we offer flexible lease terms?
We offer flexible lease options to match your needs, with a minimum lease term of six months.

How can rent be paid?
Rent is paid through our convenient online resident portal, allowing one-time payments or scheduled auto-pay options.

What appliances are included in our apartment homes?
Our residences feature chef-inspired kitchens with black granite or quartz countertops, premium stainless steel appliances, and in-home washers and dryers for everyday convenience.

Is Park Van Ness pet-friendly?
Yes, our community welcomes pets and includes a dedicated pet spa and pet play area. We allow up to two pets per apartment with a monthly pet rent of $50 per pet and a weight limit of 75 pounds. Breed restrictions apply, and accepted species include dogs, cats, fish, and birds.

Can changes be made to our apartment?

Our pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through October 30, with October 31 reserved for a special pet swim day. Our fitness center and shared spaces are available daily from 7 AM to 10 PM.

We offer garage parking options including unreserved parking for $225 and reserved parking for $275 per month.
